Prepared Childbirth Class

This intensive one-day class covers the physical preparation and education needed for a positive birth experience. The class involves breathing and relaxation techniques, massage, positioning for comfort in labor, and tips for pregnancy fitness. Attendees will also be introduced to the concept of doula-assisted deliveries. Take during the middle of pregnancy (months 5-8). Light refreshments will be provided. Bring two pillows and a blanket or exercise mat for class activities.
