Description:
Pre-diabetes is a condition where bloos sugar levels are highter than normal, but not high enough to be considered diabetes. If you have pre-diabetes, or are overweight and age 45 or older, you are at hight risk of developing type-2 diabetes unless steps are taken to reduce your risk. Class is designed to help determine what changes are needed, and set goals for living healthier. Class is
